Nice staff team especially the fair receptionist that attended to me on the 7th when I retained the room, the rooms were impressive. The bed was comfortable, slept good.

This hotel exceeded our expectations during our New Year's stay. The facilities were in excellent condition and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly liked the quality of the towels, which were identical for the feet and body. the serene environment provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The key location fact was the ease with which we could access all the facilities in the hotel.

The long wait for our meals. We experienced a delay on one occasion where our order was forgotten and we had to retire without dinner as it was late.

The hotel boasts a serene environment that can easily lull any guest to sleep. Foot and body towels were nice with fantastic drawings on them. The rooms are exceptionally furnished, and the facilities are excellent. Light runs throughout, and the meals are delicious, albeit slightly pricey. The location is quite hidden, but the staff is accommodating and helpful in directions.

One of the cleaners discarded a guest's boxers and singlet, a standard practice in other hotels.

The serenity of the environment was just divine. We loved that the rooms were very nice and clean, and that all facilities were working perfectly.

the towels were all top-notch, even the ones for your feet, which were such a delight! the location was fantastic as we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see. Lastly, the serene environment was so relaxing, we slept like logs!

the signage for the hotel could be improved as we had difficulty finding the place without using our GPS.
